FAQ
Frequently asked questions
Why is there no price per m² on the site?
Because the total depends on the membrane, profile, curtain track, lighting and how complex the room is. A price "from … per m²" is misleading. That's why our specialist comes for free with the catalogue and samples, takes laser measurements and gives an exact quote on the spot.
Is the site visit really free?
Yes. Our specialist brings samples, measures and suggests options. The visit does not oblige you to order.
How long does installation take?
Up to 3 days per project on average. Larger projects and complex lighting take longer.
How much height does the room lose?
Usually 3–5 cm. With built-in spotlights, light lines or a floating profile it can be more. We confirm this during the visit.
Can it go in a bathroom or kitchen?
Yes. PVC membrane is unaffected by moisture and steam and is easy to clean.
What is the warranty?
15 years on materials and a full 1-year warranty on installation work. The warranty is written into the contract.
What if my neighbours flood me?
PVC membrane holds the water instead of letting it into the room. The water is drained through a light fitting opening, and in most cases the membrane returns to its shape.
